The story of stress is one we're all familiar with. The setting: home or work; main characters: spouse, kids, bosses and friends; the plot: a daily struggle to juggle the responsibilities and challenges of life.
How does the story end? It's up to us.
We can choose to do nothing about the stress in our life and let it's effects build up in our bodies, or we can choose to break the cycle and do something that helps us recover from our body's stress response.
